Well what's the priority queue used for from April onwards?

Is singler rider avalbile from the 25th?

Any chance of it opening a day early? (I'm going on 24th)

After the 31st March, i should think that Q line will not be used unless guests with the X-celerator pass use that entrance.

Not sure about the single rider Q between the 25-31st march. I presume there will be no SRQ mainly becasue hotel guests will have full priority.

Doubt it would open early. But you never know! :)

I shouldnt think there will be SRQ before April 1st as that defeats the whole object of hotel guests having all priority!

Fright nights on the 28th. Im ready to scream!!!!

Anyone else think the launch looks slow on the ATA vid :?: I guess it'll be a different story when actually on it. The first turn and airtimer are going to rule so badly :!:
I'm loving the Smoke/Speaker effect, great ideas :!:

I can feel that this ride is going to be REALLY heavily advertised, more so than air. I already heard a few on the radio :!:

Thanks,
Lewis

That is very very interesting news. Do you think that if someone contacted Intamin by email we could get some more info, it would be very interesting, and it would really help me with what i am doing at the moment.

I heard the underpants factory advert a few days ago as you can see here:
http://www.towerstimesforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=5355
but there was no mention of RITA unless they produce another simalar advert?

I wonder when we will see Rita's starting lights going in, if its definatly still having them? I noticed in the latest ATA update that theres still no sign of them.
I said that to one of the technicains yesterday and he stated
" The track and supports are filled with sand, so vibrations arnt heared, and its alot smoother "
They should have done that with AIR, it would have been a great contrast to the roar that Nemesis produces from in the hole.

the tagline will no doubt be 'so fast don't forget to pack your spare pants' (don't know whether that refers to stains of fear or stains of 'excitement'...)

I wud prefer an add with a timer counting down from 2.3 seconds like the 24 title sequence. Led letters on a balck background counting in silence. It stops when the voice over simply says "Imagine what you can do in 2.3 seconds.... Rita @ Alton Towers"

Either that or the ad idea I posted on here a month back or so.

That does sound very good actually. And it would definately build up some tension, take a hint Alton!!!!!

That idea seems very good :D . I hope to be riding RITA with Jay this year. Certainly won't be getting me wet.

How would they rectify that, if true?!

It would mean re-arranging the supports and/or track; it would be a messy thing to have to do! I've never known of any incident like this in the past.
