Wouldn't that surely cause a crash of it goes forward into the tunnel ? As wouldn't the drop track raise to let the other car in and there Be no track there

Providing it had enough momentum to make it to that section then yea I guess it would. However I don't think it would, train recovery from inside the tunnel no doubt will be a nightmare maybe.

The backwards drop is quite steep so as Andy says I doubt it would have enough momentum to make it up there.

That is a great pic and illustrates how the dark can play with your perception it doesn't feel that steep when you go down it.

I've just returned from a 3 day trip, really missed Th13teen, it was closed the entire time, I really hoped it would open before we left, it's something that appeals to all, much like Spinball, on a different note, why is hex closed? Really missed that too for the same reason.

Hex is closed as it is undergoing some Towers Loving Care this season.

When it re-opens is anybody's guess but I'd like to see it open before the end of the season.

Seems a bit bizarre, why not do it in the closed season?

TH13TEEN did indeed reopen today, and I must say it was probably the most incredible experience I've had on it!

It's been working on all my visits this season from March to June.

Why is that? Did they take those trims off? ;)

I believe it is a VR issue rather than a ride hardware issue and they have taken the decision to keep the ride closed until the VR issues are resolved.

All effects were working including the station haze and audio around the tree. :)

It certainly felt like it to me! Don't remember having that much air time on it! (Although I only go once a year).

If they are permanently de-activated now, then we can assume the park are listening and that this will be a very popular decision indeed if it proves to be a long-term one.
