It's a whole back lol but we went on the second day of the season, and The Smiler, Rita, RMT, Air, Skyride, Th13teen and Duel (whilst we were on it) were all down for 5 minutes or more whilst we were waiting. It was forgivable because the park was dead but even so.
Well this week so far...
Skyride been closed since an issue in sunday for essential maintenance, workmen in FV station on monday. Nemesis had around 20 mins down yesterday and Rita has just come back up after a period of down time.

Went today, pretty ok day but had its fair shame of downtime.
Nemesis was going around pre-10am but was closed for an hour half roughly until about 11:30, the guys said sick spillage but it don't take that long. Oblivion had some downtime causing 90 minute queues, smiler was popular as ever and had its ~15 minute breakdown spells on numerous occasions.

Skyride is apparently going to be down for upto 2 weeks according to someone I was speaking to.
That's interesting as that isn't what staff were saying. There was an incident on Sunday that lead to its closure.DannyG wrote:'The Skyride is closed for maintenance and spring cleaning till Saturday 21st June.'

Smiler was down for 15 minutes, not sure what the reason was, no cars were in track but both lift hills had their fin brakes up, don't know if that means anything?

The fins on the smiler are supposed to be up they go down when the train goes over them - if it was only 15 minutes could have potentially been something needing a cleanup (only a guess)peter150496 wrote:Smiler was down for 15 minutes, not sure what the reason was, no cars were in track but both lift hills had their fin brakes up, don't know if that means anything?

Air lane 2 closed for 10 minutes due to two people being sick and one of them throwing up on a member of staff [emoji23]

The smiler closed for 25 minutes due to a code 0 ( stuck on vertical lift hill I think)

Ripsaw wasn't functioning today. Maintenance guys had it going around very slowly, not sure what the issue was.
