TBH if they could have Oblivion running whilst they built the Smiler I'm sure they could find a way to have Oblivion open whilst they do maintenance on The Smiler. Such as put up police tape (smiler patterned of course) to make a temporary path. I do think the line up is good but they could close the carousel instead of Oblivion which would get a lot of use, or have N:ST open in the morning and Oblivion open for the afternoon.

^I expect, X - Sector and possible part of the oblivion ride area may be obstructed by the fences/scaffolding from The Smiler's maintenance.

I expect not to be able to get anywhere near the X sector, which is a shame as Enterprise and Oblivion would be great rides to open. As for Spinball, it is kind of in the middle of nowhere with X secotor closed and CBEEBIES land under construction, it has nothing next to it.

I was wondering what food outlets will be open for Feb Half Term? Will Burger Kitchen be open? I think I know that Pizza and Pasta will but does anybody else know which other food outlets will be open?

Good lad, thinking of your stomach and planning ahead....I like it.

I would imagine food outlets where the rides are closed they wouldn't bother opening.
Small snack shops would be closed, part from maybe a few.
I should think pizza and pasta, CCL, mutiny bay would be open.
I could be wrong tho.

Great photos TPC. Is The Smiler bus there since the monorail has broken down? Also, why is part of the map greyed out? Is it due to maintenance on those two areas?

They don't run the Monorail during Half Term but they offer replacement buses instead.

The greyed out parts of the map are areas/attractions that aren't open for Half Term. Some will be for maintenance, others will just be from an operational standpoint.

Of course you do! You can't reject their half hearted wave and overly enthusiastic "choo choo" - that's just mean!
