Alton Towers - Quick Questions
I think they changed the bounceback rules last year that you can't bounce back on a bounce back (which is what the second day ticket is in effect) Could be worth checking with The Alton Towers Resort though.

Yes, Kirsty is right. They removed the loophole allowing you to double bounce.
There are a few options available allowing you to use MAP Family & Friends, Tesco points or the Sun offer. But generally, you have to pay for a third day unfortunately. Unless, of course, you could find someone on park who has a valid day ticket that you can submit for a bounceback

I would also like to know. I can't find a price on the website but I did see something that implied that the towers2 ticket could be used at the water park?? I'd really like this clarifying as need to know if I should take swimsuits. Thanks in advance to anyone who has infoDr.Kelham wrote: Also I believe bounce back tickets have gone up in price for this year but not entirely sure think I saw it on website

You need to buy a separate Waterpark ticket to gain entry to it. I'm not aware of any tickets which can be used for entry into both the Theme Park and Waterpark.eosin wrote:I would also like to know. I'm getting the impression that even though the park opens at 10:00, even during FHT, they open the turnstiles so people can go onto Towers Street. Is this true?

You can't go any further than the lake, though (where they scan MAPs and pre-booked tickets for ERT)

Last year on the John Lewis day all rides were open and there were entertainments staff exclusive to the John Lewis day on park. I would assume it will be the same this year!

I always thought a standard Swarm single was £5 ...BenBowser wrote: I would expect so, The Swarm's was still 7 this year.

As of August 2013, yes 13 still had the Tesla Coil (electric ball) in the inside section of the queue after the baggage hand-in. I have not heard any plans since then of removing itInferno Attractions wrote: Has the Thirteen queue still got the electric ball

It only goes off when the counting girl reaches 13, so at least you know when it will happen . If you are prepared for it, it's not scary, but I recommend covering your ears when the girl reaches 13 if you're nervous.

I don't think they will get rid of it and no, if you know that it's there then you don't get scared and laugh at the people who areInferno Attractions wrote: Has the Thirteen queue still got the electric ball
