Doesn't seem to be a smoke screen before the first drop. (those lucky lucky people)

I think there is, it just waits for the departure sequence before it falls. It isn't mist - it's that weird smoke stuff you get for special effects in films, so it has to stay on for it to work and it disappears straight away :)

The lights go up, music comes on and the wall appears before you plunge through it! Pretty cool if you ask me!

Man, I wish I had the game for The Smiler now...  :?

And I noticed a few pages back on the Queue Times..... the stand the time is displayed on isn't electrical, like the other rides. Then again, they might not have had time to fully build another one...
I'm called many things; Evil, Chaos, Mayhem. But in truth, I'm Project Discord.

This all looks fantastic. Now just itching for a POV video to make an appearance :P

Or at least someone to write (in spoiler tags) what the indoor section is like! I won't be going back for a good month or so yet, so really don't mind being spoiled...

And I remember the day we were wondering if this would have overhead restraints

About the mist screen mentioned earlier... there is smoke that is produced during the starting sequence before you go tearing through it :) Also the inside section is extremely fun :)

Do the seats have 3d effects in them so when you go past the tickler you will get tickled and when you go past the inoculater you will feel a lump in this seat. I have herd about it but i don't know if it is true. What is the point of the glass if you can not see the train that well when it is dark in the tunnels. Do the tunnels have smiler logos like the game or is it just black? Is there a secret element or not?

I think somethings up here!

I've never seen spotted smart glass but I guess its possible
or a protective cover was left on?
Or some other kind of effect is going on here?

Or it's for grip so people don't fall over if it gets wet.

Or it's because after a short while plain glass would stain and scratch.
Right-O.

Yeah I think you are probably right about it being a grip.

If your referring to the indoor part videos have been posted in the construction topic and pretty much everyone knew about mapping as an article was posted in an employee magazine which got leaked online.
