Considering how badly the attraction initially landed with guests it's possible. Though the park did make some pretty significant changes almost immediately and since then reviews did improve so they may no longer deem additional changes as needed.

I doubt it, with the amounts spent on the tweaking of a few rides and SW7, they have alreadyd improved NST to an acceptable standard, so I would assume they'd see it as a waste of money
