Ah BigAl suggested this on the 'Future Merchandise Ideas'.

I don't think they still do them.

Also, why not try the quick Questions Topic?

That £5 for additional photos (zero unit cost) is an absolute joke.

Yeah, it is. Also I found a couple of times the pictures were never actually transferred onto my stick. And because there's no way of checking before you get home I couldn't do anything about it.

My only good Spinball picture never made it home :(
The Lonely end of the Rink- a great song, and it\'s usually the case when I go ice skating because I just can\'t keep up!

Photos that are brought are saved on each ride system for 30 days after the purchase date, if you find pictures haven't been transferred e-mail/call alton towers tell them your problem, they will pass your details to picsolve who will then try to recover the image. if e-mailing be sure to include your ride/number/details of who is in the image.

In future the USB systems, can actually show what images are on the stick, if you ask the staff member they can put the stick back in and it should come up with all images on the stick, and always KEEP YOUR RECIEPT.

hope this helps
