I think everyone will go for Charlie, to be honest. It's the only ride there with no redeeming features whatsoever.
I don't find Charlie too bad. Infact, I find the lift part of the ride pretty good. I think it's the combination of it replacing a superior classic / the overpricing of the IP for what turned out to be a very average ride. It defiantly isn't the worst dark ride in the country, that's what Laser Raiders is..

There's only one ride which I really would like to see leaving the park, and that's submission. For being completely and utterly rubbish.
At least with charlie they could put some money in to improve the boat section of the ride. Subs, you can't do anything to.

I voted for Submission and Enterprise. X-Sector needs a complete overhaul (though not in terms of theme I might add). Something in the Black Hole tent, and a decent, well themed flat to complement Oblivion.
As for Charlie, I don't think it's *that* bad either, though admittedly, I never rode Toyland Tours.

We know something is happening to The Flume, but: 1. Charlie - Could be a home to a new flume, but I don't see any
Future for it to be revamped.
2. Enterprise 2014 maybe, with the X-Sector spruce up! They hinted in the 10 year development plan. Starting to hurt me now! Getting knackered, bye Enterprise.

I honestly think if Alton changed the model of submission, To something more confortable and just kept the same theming it could stay for many moons and the general public wouldn't know a thing.
I like zamperla's version, Its comfy aswell

Hex. Lol joke.
Charlie and Submission.
I volunteer to dismantle both of them singlehandedly.

What's all the fuss about Submission?!
It's a bit uncomfortable, but who cares!

I think that's it's biggest fault. It's a fun ride, but it's pretty damn painful to ride, especially if you have something in your pocket. I think they should change the restraints rather than scrap it, though.

I rode Submission and it didn't hurt me at all, and I announced this fact right before I got off, and as I did so I whacked my knee on a t-bar, but that's irrelevant.
Besides, it would hurt more if you fell out.

Submission is the most painfull ride I've ever been on by miles. I normally never complain about a ride being rough or unocmfortable or anything like that, but Submission is unbearable.
And it's soooooooooooo dulllllllll. The pain would be OK if it actually did anything.
Also, they only use one side, so there's not really much point in it.

i agree
submition is an OK ride but its not very popular any more and dosent even see a line on busy days. enterprise is far more popular and enjoyable so replace submition or just get rid of it.

I actually don't think Submission is unbearable. I can take it or leave it really, but I have been on far more painful rides. I actually think Flamingoland's Velocity can be unbearable if you are riding the inner motorbike. The outer one does not affect me at all.
I think after The Flume, Submission will be next to bite the dust. The concept is now old, and I think the novelty of a ride just being about inverting people has died off. It's a shame really, because we are never going to see this type of ride again, and what on earth would fit in that space that could replace Submission?

How about instead of a ride leaving, Merlin Entertainments themselves just GTFO and sell to a real themepark operator?
