Displaying Ticket prices without VAT. Misleading Much?

Not including VAT in any item likely to be sold to consumers is misleading.

The WHOLE POINT of VAT is it's a tax the retailer pay's from a sale, not a tax the consumer pays on top of a purchase (as is the case in the States).
