Oh yeah, the deaths and injuries ones are quite annoying.

A woman broke her arm on the rocks on Nemesis, a man hit his head on the Oblivion drop, the Sky Ride cable snapped and people fell to their deaths, Alton is really a death trap isn't it?

They once had a hologram projected onto Oblivions hole of a "brick wall" and a man had a heart attack from it so they had to remove it!
