This is actually what I'm most looking forward to this season :P
Not that there's much to look forward to... "/
The 2011 attraction hasn't even been announced yet? How can you make assumptions like that? I know it's not going to be a thrill, but nevertheless it'll still be a good attraction.

Maybe a release date will be confirmed by the 2011 brochure that's planned to come out this weekend?

Woah Voke, I just meant that I think this will be better than anything they'll cook up in the park, whatever it may be. It's not an assumption it's just my prediction.
Telephone call to Alton Towers Hotel, just:
Hopeless or what :PAstroDan: Hello there, is that the Alton Towers Hotel?
ATH: Yes, the switchboard, yes.
AstroDan: Can you tell me when the new Steak House is opening, please?
ATH: Where abouts?
AstroDan: In your hotel.
ATH: No, I am afraid not.
AstroDan: Oh. Ok, thanks.

Oh okay, just didn't get how you come with a prediction like that
But the Tower's really do need to inform the staff about openings, they haven't got a clue!

indeed the resort does not communicate well at all. I have had heated debates because the Park Guests Services tell you one thing and the hotel staff say another (woodland walk opening times are one example)

Well if we're all going to call, we should do it over something we've made up, to see how many of the staff we can fool :P

The hotel call centre barely seem to know It even exists! I rang again on Saturday, and they were like 'what?'!!

caught a glimpse and the actual resteraunt looks ready, i assume its just the kitchens and staff training.
Did it still seem to be really open? As when I saw it before Christmas it still appeared like a Conference room but with some Arabian style lights hanging down.
