Yup, and as someone already pointed out. The entire Disney portfolio is classed as 'family friendly' so its a general term which could mean anything!
I think people are just fearing the family tag, due to Alton Towers previous interpretation of the term!

Definitely going along the lines as being a Motorbike type coaster like this one which has speed boats http://rcdb.com/4293.htm?p=22723

Confirmation, finally! After being told almost a year ago that it's an intamin (and posting the manufacturer on TTF for the world to see!) it's a relief to see that people are looking forward to it, rather then crying over the fact it isn't B&M!

I am delighted that we can now 100% affirm that the ride is Intamin. Hopefully that puts an end to the speculation even though both ATA and ourselves posted news re: Intamin ages ago now!
Now I look forward to seeing the ride go up. The "family" label doesn't confirm me. Troy, nearly all Disney rides, Blue Fire and the like can all be classed as family coasters.
Is this definitely a mega-lite. Can mega-lites be classed as family coasters?
It's definately a Mega-Lite, as I demonstrated in this post a few days ago:

Too similar to be a coincidence, don't you think?
Edit: Close ups to make it a bit clearer.
