No matter which way you go, at least 2 people will end up in bunk beds which are designed for children. Take it from experience, anyone over about 5 foot will have trouble sleeping in them, so my advice would be if you are three couples and can afford it, get a double room each!

Or, if you want larger bunks stay at ATH as they're full size ones so you'll have no problem! Still, i'd book ASAP as Scarefest has VERY limited availability and is selling out fast :D

An hour later after ride close, when the park closes :)

Will the X30 Buses from Uttoxeter to Alton be running on the 9th November?

Corky's Farewell Day...

I highly doubt it. In any case, there are no trains on that line between Derby - Uttoxeter - Stoke - Crewe on Sunday's until late afternoon.

Maybe the bus service from the Broadmarsh will be running?

The only solution is to ring AT. I doubt any buses will continue past 2nd November.

Thanks for the help, but I've put down any hope of going to AT that day :)

I don't think the Buses would be running anyway...

The Planning Portal is the Staffordshire County Council's website where planning applications are submitted :)

Just click on this link:

http://www.staffordshire.gov.uk/environ ... /planning/

To be taken to where Alton Towers' plans are posted for all to see :)

Thanks folks!

If I'm not mistaken, there is no ERT during scarefest due to the late ride close. But hotel guests get a free fastrack on Nemesis, Oblivion and two others, not sure what they are.

Although I could be wrong. But I don't think I am. 8-[

EDIT:

I just found the email with the details in.

Couple of quick questions!!

I have three waterpark tickets from my visit in May, they are spare and elft over - I'm going to the waterpark on the 23rd October, will these be able to be used or not because of the scarefest? I'm guessing that I can because sometime somewhere they have been paid for!?!

Also the on-ride photos, I know they are £6, I have two tickets left on my photo pass but does anyone know the full list and range of other options such as Keyring etc? I thinking of getting a keyring or sumamt of my final ride on Corkscrew, providing the price is right..

Cheers!

Photopasses work on Keyrings, Photos and Magnets. All other merchandise such as hoodies, posters and mouse mats all cost a higher rate than the £6 base rate for the three availble on the photopass :D

Sorry, I cannot help you with the other question

HI there,
Just a quick one, was at AT yesterday and day before and the Towers were closed for 'Scarefest' decorations.
I was thinking of booking a xmas break on the (27-28 Dec). but wanted to know if anyone knew of any confirmed access to the Towers during this time?

I have emailed AT and got a reply this afternoon and they said no decision had yet been made on public acess this winter to the Towers and Garden.

Ok, so i tried the shoutbox and everyone seemed very unhelpful and just carried on their conversations! How rude!

Anyway, my question is:

What is the email address for AT to ask questions to?

I have looked all over the official site and i cannot find one email address apart from a customer feedback form.

Please help, because me and my friends are going to AT for scarefest and need to know whether we can use vouchers for BOGOF entry. Otherwise it is going to cost a lot for transport, food, the 2 extra mazes and entry price.
