Maybe retirement just isn't as thrilling.
I'd like to see him involved with more developments at the park, it was really after his work with Air had finished that the magic began to ebb away, so maybe he can bring some back in future developments.

He was blatantly putting the final touches to his woodie plans.
(sorry I just thought i'd write what everyone blatantly wants to hear, even if it isn't true)
:P

Nah i dont know anything!
But water coaster has been mentioned and they are plenty in the USA. Car park G has been rumored for development. It would fit in with Air and a navy/Military theme has been rumored also.
This area is the most likely to get planning aswell!
All im saying

Oh and by the way the designers of the CATCF lifts were on park today aswell![/quote]
I bet they didn't bother queueing for CATCF, they wouldn't have been allowed on anyway :P

John Wardley still attends Alton Towers' "Blue Sky" meetings, AFAIK there was one today. He also hadn't ridden CCF until today and I believe he was planning to do so.
At the moment there are zero, zilch, nada, no plans whatsoever to build a woodie at Alton Towers, so I'd forget about that idea for the time being.

Id like to know what Johns thoughts were on the ride! I mean it had none of his beloved animatronics, which it was most definitely lacking!
Are blue sky meetings just general meetings?
Me thinks the designers of the lifts were on park today aswell? Maybe mack im not sure?
