Re: Exclusive Thirteen Preview weekend

I've said this before they're a business, they want money and you walked right into their marketing trap.

The same as you would if you spend ages on the phone listening to a salesperson telling you something is free, then asking for your card details! :|

Re: Exclusive Thirteen Preview weekend

Maybe I'm just not as enthusiastic as I used to be. As interesting as it might be... I still feel its not worth the money.

Either way, if you want to complain to them do it! If they get enough complaints about it they will compensate.

Re: Exclusive Thirteen Preview weekend

:| Spike I think we all get the point here. I grasped the point when I made my initial post! But my point was it never said you'd get a ride and I am correct there. And I think that's what others are making! Sure, its wicked and horrible that they'd make it seem like you might get a ride, but tbh th...

Re: Exclusive Thirteen Preview weekend

It said "...and a CHANCE to ride th13teen..." on the web page before so... everyone getting upset should have realised that this could have been a possibility. Tbh, £150 is still stupidly expensive even if the ride on it was thrown in. I'm going up the first weekend of feb opening. It's co...

Re: Have you ever been hurt on a ride?

Am I the only one who found Saw painful elsewhere? My head's usually fine, although having said that my sister complained about her head hurting. But no, saw hurt my thighs! The way the restraints worked.

The train is filled with "Whooo! whooooo!" then suddenly in unison everyone goes "wooURRRRGH!"

Take into account the level of banking and airtime. Single lap bars just wouldn't be suitable!

Pff, if this was a mack we'd have the most awesome trains ever!

Nah they do look good, I just hope they're comfy. I'm so scared they're gonna be like sitting on a nobbly park bench! :|

If they're like flying fish's seats though that'd be awesome! :D

Have you never read The Sun? :P Like they care about these inaccuracies! As long as it has them on a ride it's going to attract Joe Public.

What is the picture of? Is that meant to be thirteen's seats?
I doubt it, they look like inverted seats. However the colour scheme looks fairly fitting. Could be interesting, however I think thats just a ran...

Re: Credit Whoring?
I find credit whores annoying, I mean, they travel all round the world JUST to ride a coaster?! It's stupid, they go to parks and whore the rides, and give no care about the atmosphere, that to me is selfish, and just says "Look at me, fook the atmosphere, I ...

Why does everyone want Henry Hound back? Sure he was magical back in like the 80's - late 90's but... does he really suit the current image now?

I like the new current mascots! :D They're fun, quirky and different!

Re: Quick Questions 2010

Just phone up and say you have an annual pass, they'll ask for the pass ID Number. Sadly it doesn't work over the website yet!

And again, no sadly :( No extra 20% off... only for the one booking!
