As far as I know the chairlift doesn't stop (like a ski lift system) so the old biddys might struggle!

Re: Dudley Zoo - Chairlift Restoration

The only other way up to where the top station is, is a series of near vertical walkways which takes ages.

Personally, No.

The parks rarely busy enough to warrant any time of front of queue pass anyway. Not sure where the meal voucher allows you to eat. But I wouldn't eat anywhere on the park apart from the Granary outside the park in the Country Shopping Village.

Re: Is Samurai moving?

Isnt Saw's IP "up" next year? and not being re-instated? or was that just a rumour?

Also that guy in his video mentions the cost implications on moving it. Its mounted on a lorry base underneath as its a travelling ride so the costs would be very little.

Re: Too large for the rides!! :-(

Re: Times are tough... How to make Alton Towers as affordable as possible?

I think the hugest expense is quite obviously the hotels. There are plenty of amazing B&B establishments around Alton - I have stayed at one before and come complete with huge television, Jacuzzi bath and four poster bed and was only £60 for the 2 of us per night including breakfast! There is no...
