Re: The Smiler - General Discussion
Lift 2 has always been really loud from what I remember, it seems unlikely that they would have swapped the speakers round when they could simply turn down the volume on one of them. In my opinion, the really loud audio is what makes the ride more memorable.

Re: Nemesis - General Discussion
Nemesis has developed a slight rattle depending on where you sit on the train, but it's nothing too noticeable compared to once you've been on other rides in the park. With Nemesis it's always easier to ride once you've been on a couple of times because you learn when to move with the train as oppos...

That might mean that the express parking is already fully booked so you can't use it.

They'll just want to be promoting their new ride, I get it all the time from them on the radio. It'll be back to normal in a couple years.

Re: Your worst experience at Alton Towers
Believe me, it's actually horrific on the skyride in the heat, in school trip season when you went it was reaching upwards of 40°C in the gondolas.Piplup2003 wrote:The Skyride was closed due to the heat (which was a problem for me as I always take the Skyride to FV therefore we ended up a bit lost)

Re: SW9
It almost definitely won't be in 2020, that's only 2 years after Wicker Man. Major coasters are opened roughly every 4 years ('94, '98, '02, '06 '10, '13, '18) so logic would dictate that the next major coaster will arrive in 2022. I'd argue that this will be a thrill coaster as it will be 9 years a...
